Interaction Design Lead


  • You will lead UI/UX design projects, and can guide the design process and project deliverable’s. You will find ways to exceed client expectations through over delivery and proactivity.

  • You’re a strategic thinker able to tackle complex problems, addressing fundamental user needs and deliver impact. You will collaborate with strategists to synthesize and communicate research findings, identify areas of opportunity, and conceptualize ideas; 
  • Craft compelling user experiences, and visualize them through user journeys, service blueprints, and mock-ups and prototypes that communicate design details and rationale.
  • You envision versions of features thinking towards the future, and working on the first iterations of those features to innovate new products, services, or experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineers to bring functional prototypes or products to life.  
  • Maintain positive relationships with our existing clients and identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell new projects.
  • Participate in the proposal creation process – identify creative solutions to meet our clients needs and define the methodology and strategies to create those solutions together with studio operations lead.
  • Build up the UI/UX design discipline team (full-time + vendors/freelancers), help them grow through mentorship, and assist in recruiting for new team members depending on project needs.
  • You effectively convey your opinions to peers directly with clear expertise and humility. You encourage others to challenge or build upon your opinions.
  • The hacking mind-set to constantly question the status quo and propose better ways of working.



  • 4-5+ years of product design experience, preferably with some previous experience at a design studio, agency or consultancy. 
  • Some client management experience, and understand the importance of building trusted relationships.
  • A portfolio that reflects your strengths in UX, IxD, and visual design skills.
  • A proven track record of leading / managing projects from inception to launch.
  • Have a solid understanding of technical constraints within a project and use that to come up with innovative solutions to solve user and business needs.
  • Fluent in translating stakeholder goals, user research, and complex user flows into engaging experiences.
  • Addicted to staying ahead of UX best practices, developments and trends in web and mobile design.
  • Master communication skills, and the ability to deliver compelling design rationales in both client and internal contexts.
