propelland Latin America is looking for an outstanding designer expert in visual merchandising and retail marketing in Bogotá with 5+ years of experience working in a retail design role, in-store advertising and/or BTL design for well-known brands. As a retail marketing designer, you have a strong understanding of type and visual design and are an excellent communicator with the ability to develop retail design projects from start to finish. A focus in streetwear fashion and youth culture is ideal. Fluency in English is a must as you will work on key client projects with native speakers of one of the most loved and recognized global brands.

You will collaborate with a brilliant, fun, humble, and high performing team, from different backgrounds and nationalities to create innovative solutions to the complex needs of high-profile clients across different industries both regionally and globally. We are changing the way of doing business by bringing ideas to life that improve people’s experiences and quality of life.

Does this sound like you?

  • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D physical space rendering.
  • You have the ability to see retail design projects through from concept to 3D rendered toolkits.  
  • You are humble, ambitious, curious, and passionate about learning new things.
  • You are always willing to help and add value with a readiness to jump in and work with a diverse group of people and spearhead brainstorms and conversations.
  • You are organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to work autonomously in a demanding environment.

Once here you will…

  • Work to amplify marketplace with a focus on direct stores.  
  • Maximize the impact of marketing by aligning audiences, key styles, and tactics that can live across digital and physical direct store locations. 
  • Energize and scale across our assortment to showcase breadth of seasonally relevant products.  
  • Drive experiential retail moments to highlight key product storytelling, when applicable.  
  • Take direction from the client global team to create seasonal toolkits for physical stores and support any additional activations. 
  • Develop strong retail designs that are sophisticated and realistic for our partners to execute (materials, props, etc). 
  • Support in solving design problems end-to-end, from identifying user needs to the final product/service/concept.
  • Collaborate with other designers, developers, and researchers to bring integrated and holistic value to our clients.
